Corby and District Model Railway Society are pleased to support Cransley Hospice in fundraising for #captaintom100.
On Saturday, 1st May 2021, CDMRS will be doing 100 laps of our 5 inch gauge raised track at our society headquarters in Quarry Close, off Kelvin Grove (top of the West Glebe Park) using a members locomotive 66731 carrying an NHS livery and named Captain Tom Moore.
Please visit and help us support this great cause or donate using the following link ..
Sadly, we will not be able to provide train rides this day, but we will be able to take donations and answer questions. Viewing of the proceedings will be permissible, in accordance with current covid safe guidelines.
We aim to raise £1000 for Cransley Hospice, so please dig deep, give generously in aid of this wonderful gentleman's memory and for the legacy he leaves our nation.

C&DMRS has several
layouts from T & Z gauge/scale though to 5 inch gauge via OO & HO
and organises two exhibitions every year, so local modellers can
show their skills.
New members are always welcome to come along and join in the fun, as well as those seeking advice on repairs or how to do something on their own model railways.
We also hold events on site and can host birthday parties, involving the use of the club premises, which includes unlimited rides on our 200 metres of ride on railway. Please see booking page for more details.
